What are your delivery times?
We will dispatch within 24 working hours using 2nd class Royal Mail service or UPS courier/Royal Mail Next day service for overnight (UK) delivery.
International Orders are posted using Royal Mail and usually arrive within 5-7 days
We guarantee to dispatch all order paid up until 1pm the very same day.
We dispatch daily Monday to Friday inclusive
Can I get my item the next day guaranteed?
Yes, of course, If you request the overnight recorded service before 1pm within the uk we can delivery the next working day (in the mainland, some outer areas in the uk will take 2 days!).
After 1pm please contact us and we will let you know if there is still time to post that day otherwise it will go the next day guaranteed for delivery following day (overnight post does not include a Saturday delivery)
Orders placed before 1pm on Friday will arrive on Monday guaranteed
How much is delivery?
Within the UK you can choose to have 2nd class postage FREE or overnight courier delivery at £7.49
For international orders to European Union standard airmail is FREE or express tracked mail to European Union £16.99 and worldwide £19.99 - International buyers would be responsible for any customs charges that may apply
What are the posting rules on flammable products?
Some of our products are classed as dangerous goods. These are nail varnish, aerosols, perfume and bleach hair kits. As a result they can not go further than the European Union (express post only) and may have to be sent by Courier or be split into more than one parcel for posting. Any issues outside that we will contact you.
How are you able to sell below RRP?

Yes all products come straight from manufacturers, they are not testers (unless stated) brand new and full size

How do I know the colour is the correct shade?
Although we have tried to get the colours as accurate as possible the colours in the photographs may vary from their true colour due to the processes involved in photographing them and converting them into an internet friendly resolution.
